Use of OddsIQ
OddsIQ provides sports analytics, research tools, and bet tracking features for informational purposes only. OddsIQ is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers.
No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Data, hit rates, projections, and other analytics may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Responsible use
You agree to use OddsIQ only where sports betting research tools are legal for you to access. If you choose to place wagers elsewhere, do so responsibly and within your limits.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
Subscriptions and billing
OddsIQ membership plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing settings, and cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.
Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your membership within 2 days of the charge, you're entitled to a full refund for that charge. To request one, contact us within that 2-day window by emailing
getoddsiq@gmail.com or by sending us a message in our
Discord server. Refund requests made after the 2-day window are handled at our discretion.
Third-party data
OddsIQ may display data from sportsbooks, fantasy platforms, sports data providers, or other third-party sources. Those sources may change, remove, delay, or restrict their data at any time.
